1. About us
This website, azengear.com, is operated by Artdriver Ltd, trading as aZengear. aZengear is a registered trademark of Artdriver Ltd.
Our registered office is:
27 Old Gloucester Street
London, WC1N 3AX
United Kingdom

References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Artdriver Ltd.
These Terms govern purchases directly from our website and use of the website. Please read them before ordering and retain a copy.
Our registered office is not necessarily our returns address. Contact us for the appropriate return instructions.
2. Applicable policies and statutory rights
Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and any product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase provide additional information about your order.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory legal requirements prevail over any conflicting provision in these Terms or our policies.
For purchases through a marketplace or another retailer, the seller identified in the transaction, applicable marketplace or retailer terms, and mandatory law govern the sale. Processing or fulfilling such an order through our systems does not retrospectively incorporate these website Terms.
3. Eligibility and information you provide
You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract. When purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.
You must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Please notify us promptly if you discover an error.
Where you provide another person’s information, such as a gift recipient’s address, you must be entitled to provide it and should supply only information necessary for the transaction.
We may request proportionate verification where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud or unauthorised payment.
4. Accounts and security
Take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not access another person’s account without permission, impersonate another person or provide deliberately misleading information.
We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate a security issue or protect customers and our systems. This does not remove our obligations concerning accepted orders, refunds or statutory rights.
5. Products and descriptions
The product description and other binding information presented when you order form part of your purchase contract.
Please check the stated dimensions, quantities, sizing, materials, compatibility and intended use before purchasing. Contact us if you need clarification.
Images illustrate products. Display settings may affect colour appearance, but this does not permit material differences from the description or sample.
Accessories, props and other items shown alongside a product are included only where the description expressly states this.
We may update products, descriptions and availability for future orders. We will not materially substitute products in an accepted order without your agreement.
6. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not constitute acceptance.
We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation identifying the products dispatched. The purchase contract is formed at that point for those products. Where products are dispatched separately, acceptance may occur separately for each dispatch.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including:
- Unavailable stock.
- Inability to deliver to the requested destination.
- Unsuccessful payment or unresolved payment verification.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity.
- A material pricing or description error.
- Breach of purchase limits or promotion conditions disclosed before ordering.
We will notify you and refund payments taken for products we do not accept.
After acceptance, amendment or cancellation is subject to your agreement, these Terms and applicable law.
7. Prices, payment and errors
The applicable price, currency, taxes and delivery charges are displayed before you submit your order.
Changes to prices apply to future orders and do not alter an accepted order.
You authorise payment through your selected payment method. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, including currency-conversion charges.
If we identify a material pricing or description error before acceptance, we will notify you and either decline the order or ask whether you wish to proceed on corrected terms. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
For an accepted order, we will seek an agreed resolution. Any legal rights concerning an obvious error remain subject to applicable law.
We do not impose undisclosed additional charges.
8. Promotions and purchase limits
Promotions are subject to the conditions disclosed when offered, including eligibility, expiry dates, qualifying products, purchase limits and restrictions on combining discounts.
Where disclosed, we may limit quantities per customer, household or order.
We may refuse a promotional benefit obtained through fraudulent transactions, fabricated accounts or deliberate circumvention of clearly stated conditions.
Changes to promotions apply prospectively. Valid promotional terms incorporated into an accepted order remain applicable.
Refunds reflect the amount actually paid and applicable law. Any adjustment arising from a partial return of a bundle or qualifying promotion must be consistent with conditions disclosed before purchase.
9. Delivery and risk
Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated times are explained at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Unless expressly agreed as a binding deadline, delivery dates are estimates. This does not remove statutory rights concerning delay or non-delivery.
For UK consumer orders, unless another period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made.
We may use warehouses, fulfilment providers and carriers to deliver orders. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as seller.
For consumer purchases, risk normally passes when you, or a person you identify to receive the goods, takes physical possession. Different statutory rules may apply where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.
Please report missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries promptly so we can investigate. A requested reporting period does not shorten your statutory rights.
If an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect causes avoidable costs, we may seek reasonable, evidenced additional costs only where legally permitted and fairly attributable to you. We do not automatically forfeit your payment.
10. International orders
Any import charges or customs responsibilities borne by you will be explained before purchase where applicable.
Where checkout states that duties or taxes are included, that statement applies to your order.
Customs processing may affect delivery estimates. It does not remove statutory remedies for non-delivery or breach of contract.
We may decline an order before acceptance where we cannot lawfully supply the product to its destination.
11. Cancellation and change-of-mind returns
Our Refund Policy explains return procedures and any additional voluntary return benefits.
For eligible UK distance purchases, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel. For an order delivered in separate parts, the applicable period generally runs from receipt of the last relevant delivery.
You then generally have 14 days after notifying us to return the goods.
To cancel, send a clear statement to ask@azengear.com identifying your order and the goods concerned. You do not need to use a particular form or obtain prior approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply:
- We refund the product price and the qualifying standard outward delivery charge.
- We do not have to refund the additional cost of an expressly chosen premium delivery service.
- You bear direct return costs only where this responsibility was disclosed before purchase.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
- We may deduct an evidenced reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning, where legally permitted and the required information was provided.
- Refunds are made within applicable statutory deadlines, normally using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Original packaging is helpful but is not an automatic condition of exercising statutory cancellation rights.
Exceptions apply only where the law permits them and their conditions are satisfied. Opening packaging does not automatically remove cancellation rights for clothing, compression or other personal-use products.
Consumers outside the UK retain applicable local cancellation and return rights. Voluntary return benefits are additional to mandatory rights.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods
Products must meet applicable statutory requirements, including requirements concerning description, quality and fitness for purpose.
If a product appears faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
We may reasonably request photographs or an inspection to assess the claim, without imposing an unreasonable barrier to a remedy.
Repair, replacement, refund and return-cost responsibilities are determined by applicable law.
We may investigate whether damage resulted from misuse, unsuitable application, unauthorised modification, incorrect care or ordinary wear. Such circumstances do not remove rights relating to an independent defect.
Any commercial warranty we offer is additional to statutory rights.
Australian consumers
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
13. Product use and safety
Use products for their stated purpose and follow the supplied instructions, warnings and care guidance.
Check compatibility, sizing and other stated requirements before use. Where instructed, test repair products on an inconspicuous area and follow preparation, application and curing instructions.
Do not use a product for a safety-critical application unless it is expressly specified as suitable for that application.
General website content, including articles and guides, is informational and does not replace individual professional advice. This does not reduce the effect of binding product descriptions or advice we are legally responsible for providing.
For compression and support products, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where a medical condition or suitability concern requires it.
Outdoor and emergency products must be used within their stated capabilities and limitations. Product information does not guarantee a particular outcome in every situation.
Stop using a product where damage or deterioration makes continued use unsafe.
These provisions do not exclude responsibility for defective products, inadequate instructions or other obligations imposed by law.
14. Payment disputes and misuse
Please contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect or an order has a problem. This does not restrict your right to use a payment-provider dispute procedure or another legal remedy.
We may provide relevant transaction and delivery evidence to payment providers when responding to disputes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
A good-faith complaint or payment dispute is not automatically fraud.
We may restrict future orders or website access where there is reasonably substantiated fraud, threatening conduct or deliberate misuse. Existing refund obligations and statutory rights remain unaffected.
15. Intellectual property and brand identity
Our trademarks, logos, original photographs, text, packaging designs and other protected materials remain the property of Artdriver Ltd or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a product does not grant a licence to reproduce protected materials or represent yourself as our agent, distributor or authorised reseller.
Unless authorised in writing or permitted by applicable law, you must not:
- Reproduce or commercially exploit our protected content.
- Use our branding in a way that infringes our rights.
- Falsely suggest sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
- Misrepresent a product’s origin, authenticity or authorised status.
- Use our materials to market counterfeit products.
This provision does not restrict lawful resale, truthful references or other uses permitted by applicable law.
16. Acceptable website use
You must not:
- Access accounts or systems without authorisation.
- Introduce malicious code or disrupt website operation.
- Harvest personal information.
- Submit knowingly fraudulent orders, claims or content.
- Use automated tools to bypass security, access restrictions or purchase limits.
- Impersonate us, our personnel or another customer.
- Use the website for unlawful activity.
We may take proportionate action to protect the website and enforce our rights, including restricting access where reasonably necessary.
17. Reviews and submitted content
You retain ownership of content you submit.
When you submit a review, photograph or other content specifically for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and technically adapt it for the stated publication purpose.
Separate advertising use or material editing that changes the meaning may require additional permission.
You must have the necessary rights to submit the content and must not disclose another person’s private information without permission or another lawful basis.
We may moderate content for legitimate reasons, including spam, illegality, privacy violations or demonstrable irrelevance. We do not remove an otherwise valid review merely because it is negative.
Private support correspondence is not licensed for public advertising by this clause.
18. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information and manage marketing preferences.
We may send communications necessary to administer orders, provide customer service or address product-safety matters.
Promotional communications are sent only where permitted by applicable law. Purchasing, creating an account or accepting these Terms does not itself establish marketing consent.
You may unsubscribe from marketing without losing statutory rights or access to necessary customer service.
19. Website availability and third-party services
We take reasonable care in operating the website but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may suspend access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Suspension does not cancel accepted orders or remove existing obligations.
Links to independent third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their independent content or services.
This does not exclude responsibility for providers performing our obligations on our behalf.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Statutory consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting.
For consumer purchases, we are responsible for loss or damage caused by our breach where it was reasonably foreseeable. Loss is foreseeable where it was obvious or both parties knew it might occur when the contract was made.
Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse, failure to follow adequate instructions or unauthorised modifications, to the extent those actions caused the loss.
Where you purchase as a consumer, we do not accept liability for business losses where their exclusion is lawful.
Business purchases may be governed by separately agreed business terms. These website Terms do not impose a blanket purchase-price cap on consumer liability.
21. Events outside our reasonable control
If an event outside our reasonable control prevents performance, we will notify you where practicable and take reasonable steps to minimise its effects.
Such events may include significant transport disruption, natural disasters or governmental restrictions. Ordinary foreseeable operating difficulties do not automatically qualify.
Your statutory rights concerning delivery, cancellation and refunds remain unaffected. We do not retain payment indefinitely for products we cannot supply.
22. Complaints
Contact ask@azengear.com with your order number and details of the issue.
We will investigate and seek a fair resolution. You retain access to available payment-provider, regulator, alternative dispute-resolution and court procedures.
Where legally required, we provide information about an appropriate dispute-resolution body and whether we will participate.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future website use and future orders.
The version applicable to an order is the version presented when it was placed, subject to a subsequent change you expressly agree to or a mandatory legal requirement.
Publishing revised Terms does not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing contract.
24. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.
These Terms and the information forming part of your order set out our agreement. They do not override binding descriptions, pre-contract information, mandatory rights or liability for fraud.
We may transfer a contract only where this does not reduce your rights or guarantees. We will provide notice or obtain consent where required.
25. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under applicable law in your country of habitual residence.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without restricting any right under mandatory law to bring proceedings in another competent court, including a court where you live.
